Sau một chuyến đi, thay đổi rõ ràng nhìn thấy được, là ngủ đúng giờ ở cả 2 nơi. Ngủ trước 12h và tỉnh dậy trước 7h sáng.
Chỉ số cân nặng không thay đổi.
